01Who you are contracting with
This service is operated by Constantinos Tsiolis, trading as Flow Room Music, based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
By subscribing you agree to these terms. If you are subscribing on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
02What the membership is
Your membership gives you two things for as long as it stays active:
- Access to the online library of mixes and tracks, including everything added while you are a member.
- A commercial licence to use that music in your work, on the terms set out below.
The catalogue grows and changes over time. Individual recordings may occasionally be added, replaced or withdrawn. I do not guarantee that any particular recording will remain available forever, but recordings you have already used in published videos stay licensed — see section 3.
03Your licence
While your membership is active, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to publicly perform, synchronise and broadcast every recording in the catalogue for the following uses:
- Classes you teach in person — studio classes, private sessions and workshops.
- Live and recorded online classes, including ones your clients pay for.
- Videos on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and your own website.
- Background music in premises you operate: a studio, gym, spa, treatment room, hotel reception or wellness space.
- Podcasts, course material and marketing content for your own practice.
Videos stay covered. Anything you published while your membership was active remains licensed permanently, even after you cancel. You never have to take a video down because you stopped subscribing.
The licence is personal to you as one instructor or one business location. If several instructors teach independently under the same roof, each needs their own membership. If you run multiple locations, contact me and we will agree something sensible.
04What the licence does not allow
- Reselling, redistributing or sharing the audio files with anyone.
- Releasing any recording as your own music, or uploading it to a streaming service, distributor or content identification system such as YouTube Content ID.
- Registering any recording with a performing rights organisation or collecting society.
- Sub-licensing or transferring your rights to another instructor, studio or company.
- Using the catalogue to build a competing music library or stock music service.
- Using the recordings to train machine learning or AI models.
Your access is protected by an account. Sharing your login is a breach of these terms and I may end your membership without a refund if it happens.
05How the catalogue is produced
I want you to know exactly what you are licensing, because it affects the promises I can honestly make.
The recordings in this catalogue are produced using AI music generation software under a paid commercial licence that assigns the resulting audio to me, combined with my own work: choosing and rejecting material, editing, arranging, sequencing tracks into longer mixes, and mastering. Every mix is tested in a real class before it is published.
No prompt used in producing this catalogue names an artist, a band or an existing song, and nothing here is intended to imitate a specific recording.
06Rights and what I warrant
I hold the rights necessary to grant you the licence in section 3. Specifically, I warrant that:
- I produce and control every recording in the catalogue.
- No recording is registered with any performing rights organisation or collective management society — so no society can invoice you for playing it.
- No recording is registered with any content identification system such as YouTube Content ID or Meta Rights Manager — so your videos will not be claimed because of the music.
- I have not granted anyone an exclusive right that would conflict with your licence.
What I do not claim. I do not represent that every element of every recording attracts copyright protection. In several jurisdictions, material generated by AI may not be protected by copyright. That does not affect your licence or your ability to use the music — it simply means I am not claiming an exclusive monopoly over the underlying compositions, and I will not pretend otherwise in order to sell a subscription.
07Trial, price and billing
Free trial. New members get 7 days free. Your payment details are collected when you sign up but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, billing starts automatically when the trial ends.
Price. Your first paid month is €7. From the second paid month onwards the membership is €14 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. If the public price rises later for new members, you keep €14 for as long as your membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price in effect at that time applies.
Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (or its affiliates). Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on Flow Room Music servers. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel in the billing portal or your account. Invoices and receipts are issued by Stripe to the email you used at checkout.
Tax / VAT. Prices may be subject to VAT or other taxes depending on your country and the operator’s tax registration. When a Cyprus/EU VAT number is registered, Stripe Tax (or equivalent) will calculate and collect applicable tax on invoices. Until that registration is complete, listed prices are as shown at checkout.
The operator may change the price of the membership in future. Existing members get at least 30 days' notice by email and can cancel before the new price takes effect.
08Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling. Use Cancel membership in your account (Stripe Customer Portal). No phone call, no retention offer. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the licence ends with it — so anything you publish after that date should use different music. Videos published while you were a member stay covered permanently.
Right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. The 7-day free trial exists so that you can evaluate the service without giving anything up.
Refunds. I do not refund part-months as a rule, because you keep the licence for everything you published in that month. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged after cancelling, or the service was unavailable for a meaningful period — email me and I will refund it without an argument.
09Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell me promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a membership.
10Content you upload
If you upload a photo of your studio or add other content to your account, you keep ownership of it. You grant me only the limited permission needed to store it and display it back to you inside your own account. I will not use it in marketing without asking you first.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload — for example, that you are not uploading a photograph someone else owns.
11Availability and changes
I aim to keep the library available at all times, but this is a small independent service and I cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting problems and third-party outages happen.
I may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, I will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing your membership after a change takes effect means you accept it.
12Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
Subject to that, my total liability to you arising out of the membership is limited to the total amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim arose. I am not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or indirect losses.
13Third-party claims
If anyone makes a claim against you about music from this catalogue used within the terms of your licence, tell me straight away and do not settle it without speaking to me first. I will provide your licence documentation, confirm in writing that your use was authorised, and deal directly with the person making the claim. My financial responsibility is limited as set out in section 12.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I would much rather you emailed me first.
